Experience working with adults with severe mental illness/disabilities is a plus. Experience teaching skills in a group setting is also a plus. MUST have completed a bachelors degree in a social science field.
Compensation: $21.15-$29.58 per hour DOE
Daily Work Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm straight 8 hours as we eat lunch with the clients
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm with monthly evenings 1 holiday a year and occasional Saturdays required

Your day to day as a Case Manager
As a Case Manager at our South Provo location you will immerse yourself in a rewarding position where your problem-solving abilities and compassionate nature shine. Engage in client assessments care plan development service coordination and progress monitoring for individuals grappling with mental health issues. Collaboration with a diverse team and precise documentation will be integral to your success. Your innovative solutions and empathy will be pivotal in crafting meaningful experiences for our clients. In this role you will assist clients in the clubhouse kitchen involving tasks like preparation cooking and serving lunch with physical demands such as standing lifting and unloading. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to make a significant impact in a supportive environment.

To excel as a Case Manager at our clubhouse several key skills are essential. Proficiency in software tools for documentation and client progress tracking is crucial. Candidates with prior experience at an accredited Clubhouse will have an advantage as well as those with expertise or teaching abilities in assisting individuals with mental illness.
A valid Drivers License is a mandatory requirement for this role to enable efficient service coordination and client support. Successful candidates will possess strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration within a multidisciplinary team adaptability to address challenges creatively and a customer-centric approach to delivering excellent care. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- High School Diploma and
- Graduation with a Bachelors degree
- Completed coursework required by Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing to apply for SSW licensure And/or are working towards a SSW licensure.
- SUDC and ASUDC applicants also accepted.
- Past experience working at an accredited Clubhouse is a plus.
- Experience or teaching skills with individuals with mental illness.(Preferred)

Employment at Wasatch Behavioral Health is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen motor vehicle record review and criminal background check. After hire you must complete and receive a Criminal Background Clearance (BCI) from Utah State Office of Licensing. Upon receipt of a conditional offer of employment in the position you must provide an official copy of licensure or certification.
