Job Description: - Transition Manager: -
. 12 years of strong Transition Management expertise in large-scale offshoring programs.
. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
. Deep understanding of IT delivery models (onshore/offshore blended teams).
. Knowledge of governance frameworks (RACI SLAs KPIs).
. Risk management and mitigation planning experience.
. Familiarity with Agile delivery and DevOps principles.
. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
. Ability to manage dependencies and prioritize tasks under tight timelines.
. Leadership and team orchestration capabilities for blended teams.
. Experience with tools like Confluence Jira and MS Project.
. Good to have the technical awareness of platforms involved (Drupal Azure/AWS CI/CD CommerceTools).
. Experience in retail or healthcare domains is advantageous
