We are looking for a Business Development Manager Turkey for our partner a European safety solutions company. Were seeking a self-driven professional who will build the brands presence in Turkey from the ground up. This is a key role for someone who thrives in creating structure shaping strategy and establishing strong commercial partnerships.
As the first team member in Turkey youll be responsible for setting up the distributor network defining the go-to-market strategy and ensuring solid financial foundations for future growth. Once the operation scales youll also take part in expanding the team and processes.
What youll do
- Build and manage the sales and distributor network across Turkey
- Design and execute the commercial and growth strategy
- Develop financial forecasts pricing structures and business metrics
- Identify and close new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure operational excellence
What were looking for
- Solid background in sales or business development
- Experience in industrial safety or related sectors is highly valued
- A strategic yet hands-on mindset
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Fluent in Turkish with working proficiency in English
