About the role
Were looking for an intern to join our Talent Acquisition team who genuinely enjoys working with people. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is curious about recruitment loves connecting with people and is eager to explore the world of People employer branding and talent strategy. Youll gain hands-on experience work on real recruitment processes for both Portugal and International projects and be part of a fun collaborative team that will support your learning every step of the way.
As a part of your job you will:
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes
- Participate in interviews and candidate assessments
- Help organize and attend job fairs and employer branding events
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives
- Analyze recruitment data and contribute to reporting and insightsWork closely with various teams and hiring managers
What are we looking for
- Degree in one of the following: Management Organizational Psychology or Human Resources
- Interest/experience in Talent Acquisition activities
- Interest/experience in dealing with various stakeholders
- Familiar with Microsoft Office tools
- Advanced English level
Personal traits
- Reliable resilient and eager to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt to different contexts teams and Clients
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- A people-person with interpersonal and commercial abilities
- Curious proactive and excited to learn
