Job Summary

Job Title :Business Analyst (JIRA Balsamiq MS Visio Data Modeling & Prototyping)

Location: Brooklyn NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 years of experience utilizing Business Analysis tools such as JIRA Balsamiq and MS Visio.
Proven experience collaborating and coordinating with technical teams to document business and functional requirements.
Demonstrated ability to manage and oversee project deliverables from initiation to completion.
Hands-on experience in designing data models and developing application prototypes.

Tasks & Duties

Elicit analyze and document functional requirements and specifications to support client-facing forms and notices containing data combinations snippets and variable text.
Ensure system designs support rapid development and deployment processes including PTM Committal Only and In-Center workflows as well as testing and release of ad-hoc notices and communications.
Identify process flows dependencies and integration points to ensure the solution supports multilingual (12-language) client notices in compliance with LL30 requirements.
Conduct requirement reviews with stakeholders and secure necessary approvals.
Prepare management reports and facilitate effective information dissemination.
Analyze and document existing systems workflows and processes identifying gaps and areas for improvement.
Recommend enhancements based on stakeholder feedback and business needs.
Collaborate directly with business stakeholders clients designers developers and engineers to ensure application delivery aligns with specifications timelines and quality standards.
