Job Summary
Daily Road Patrol Management
Develop or optimize road patrol report templates based on the ConcessionAgreement and actual patrol practices.Ensure that road patrol teams at all toll plazas conduct daily patrols in strictcompliance with company procedures.Verify the accuracy and completeness of patrol reports and ensure results arepromptly shared in the designated WhatsApp reporting group.
Report Review and Consolidation
Review and record all road patrol reports submitted by toll plazas on a dailybasis.Conduct a final road condition inspection within five (5) days after the end ofeach month and prepare a comprehensive monthly road patrol report for submission to the Operations Manager.
Issue Escalation and Rectification Follow-up
Draft and issue rectification letters to the Road Maintenance Departmenthighlighting damages or defects reported during patrols that have not beenaddressed in accordance with the Concession Agreement.Track and follow up on unresolved issues until rectification is completed.
Personnel Management
Oversee the attendance task execution work attitude and overall performanceof route patrol drivers across all toll plazas.Ensure the timely and proper execution of road patrols employeetransportation lane cleaning and vehicle washing.
Vehicle Inspections
Conduct quarterly inspections of all toll plaza vehicles including assessmentsof their condition insurance coverage and road tax status.
Driver Assessments
Administer quarterly driving tests for all toll station drivers to evaluate their
driving skills and adherence to safety protocols.
Adhoc
Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager
Requirements
Educations
Minimum Grade 12 certificate
Degree or Diploma
Majors:
Road Construction
Transportation Management
Experiences
Relevant 5 year experience as a driver
3 years of experience in road construction and maintenance (advantageous)
Knowledge
Solid understanding of roads safety road maintenance and sanitation management
Familiarity with patrol production reporting systems and operational manuals
