Job Summary
Our clients in the IT Support and Service space are on the hunt for a veteran IT Support Consultant to join their team in the Westville area. If youre a clear communicator with a passion for solving problems then apply now.
Responsibilities:
- On-site & remote IT support for clients across KZN
- Hardware & software troubleshooting (PCs laptops printers networks)
- Windows server & desktop support
- Network maintenance (LAN/WAN routers switches)
- New installations & user setups
- Customer-facing role be the hero who fixes problems fast!
Requirements
- Matric
- A N MCSE (or equivalent Microsoft qualifications)
- Minimum 3 years hands-on IT support experience
- Valid Code 08 (B) drivers licence
- Own reliable vehicle
- South African citizen or valid work permit
- Clear criminal record
- Excellent communication skills & friendly personality
- Able to work flexible hours (occasional after-hours/ call-outs)
- Microsoft 365 / Azure experience
- ConnectWise or Auto task experience
- VOIP / firewall knowledge
