Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Strategic Executive to provide comprehensive support to the MD/CEO. The Strategic Executive will provide high-level strategic and administrative support to the CEO. This role ensures smooth execution of executive priorities optimizes CEO time and acts as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Role & Responsibilities

Act as a liaison and follow-up manager with the Board and Senior Leadership Team to ensure execution of agreed actions.

Display willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities to achieve business goals.

Prepare and circulate notes reports presentations and correspondence; maintain proper filing systems.

Attend strategic and leadership meetings to record minutes and action items.
-
Provide general administrative and operational support ensuring smooth office coordination.
-
Maintain confidentiality professionalism and discretion at all times.

Demonstrate accountability integrity and honesty in handling tasks.
-
Manage time and workload effectively ensuring all priorities are addressed.

Manage emails information and other communications; respond where appropriate and prioritize items requiring CEO attention.

Plan and maintain the CEOs calendar appointments and recurring tasks.

Organize meetings prepare agendas and track action points to ensure timely follow-up.

Previous experience as a Strategic Executive.
