Profile:Client Servicing Executive

Experience: 2years

Salary Range: Upto 20k-30k

Job Overview:

• Support clients by providing creative suggestions answering questions and responding to concerns.

• Serve as the front line of support to ensure client satisfaction with event services and layout.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Attend leads from all venues take down the briefing and make the first call to client.

• Confirm the first briefing and plan the first meeting with the client.

• Explain the companys profile portfolio and understand clients requirements.

• Discuss in-house themes as well as current trends with the client.

• Conduct ideation and research as per client requirement.

• Develop a customized presentation for the client.

• Make quotation for the client in coordination with in-house quotation maker and Head of Department.

• Stay updated with current market trends and research them in detail.

• Finalize budget theme and other client requirements.

• Follow up post submission of quotation to close the client.

• Search for artists if required and provide quotation for the same.

• Delegate projects to respective project heads and maintain clear communication of requirements.

• Maintain relationships with clients.

• Participate in event planning and monitor target costs.

• Continuously follow up on event execution as per clients vision.

• Maintain good relationships with stakeholders.

• Strictly follow SOPs proposed by the company for Client Service Executive.

• Report to top management.

• Perform any other work assigned by top management.

Communications and Relationships:

• Internal: Team Members Head of Department Founder etc.

• External: Clients Vendors Venues Artists etc.

Knowledge Training and Experience Required:

• Education: Graduation/MBA in Management

• Experience: 2 years
