Job Summary

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Lisbon Portugal

Work Regime: Full-time & Hybrid (3x office days)

Overview / Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team for a project in Lisbon. This PM should have experience leading teams with agile methodologies and proven delivery status.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

Coordinate communication between client teams and vendor PMs ensuring smooth coordination and delivery.
Lead large-scale high-impact projects driving transformation through Agile Scrum best practices.
Manage planning execution and tracking with Jira providing clear visibility and proactive status updates.
Plan prepare and run project status meetings providing clear progress updates risk management and actionable insights.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:

3 years as PM lead or Scrum Master on large high-impact projects.
5 years overall as Project Manager
Experienced with Jira (other PM tools)
Project Managemetn Certifications (PMP Prince2 CMS Atlassian)
Minimum C1/B2 spanish (profissional level)

Required Skills:

Bachelors in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent technical background. 2 years in development with TypeScript JavaScript HTML5 and CSS3. Experience in REST/GraphQL and WebSocket. Experience with Angular and component libraries. Proven English B2 level (minimum) Complementary Requirements: Experience with Docker and CI/CD workflows. Experience Spring Boot Grafana Figma Kibana and Prometheus.
