- Salary:per annum (Scale 6 Point 1820 inclusive) subject to April 2025 pay award

The Role:
A reputable West London special school seeks compassionate dedicated and adaptable Teaching Assistants to support children and young people aged 419 with Autism and complex Special Educational Needs. As a valuable member of the classroom support team you will contribute to creating a positive and tailored learning experience for the pupils. Whether you have experience in mainstream or specialist settings this role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
Your responsibilities will include assisting teaching staff with lesson delivery implementing pupil-specific learning strategies providing personal care if necessary and promoting independence and positive wellbeing in learners. Formal qualifications in SEN or related areas are desirable but not essential. More important is your attitude commitment and willingness to grow.
