Youll be responsible for building and evolving the visual identity of an innovative digital project with the freedom to contribute your own vision aesthetic and professional judgment to define how our brand looks and feels.
Position Objective
Develop maintain and evolve the visual identity of an innovative digital project. Youll be responsible for establishing a coherent attractive and strategic visual communication style that reflects the brands values and essence ensuring aesthetic consistency across all touchpoints and graphic materials of the project.
Responsibilities
Design and document the projects full visual identity (color palette typography iconography photographic and illustrative style).
Create graphic materials for campaigns social media ads presentations landing pages and other digital assets.
Maintain visual and aesthetic consistency across all brand communication channels.
Collaborate closely with the marketing and UX/UI teams to integrate the visual identity into the digital product.
Create foundational visual elements (patterns backgrounds gradients illustrations etc.) that strengthen the projects visual narrative.
Participate in creative sessions to define the visual storytelling for campaigns or launches.
Evolve the graphic line based on metrics trends and audience feedback.
Requirements
3 to 5 years of proven experience in graphic design branding or digital art direction.
Updated portfolio with visual identity or digital campaign projects.
Strong organizational and delivery management skills.
Strategic mindset attention to detail and results orientation.
Soft skills: creativity proactivity assertive communication adaptability and teamwork.
Full-time availability.

Skills and Desired Knowledge
Advanced command of Adobe Creative Suite (Ilustrator Photoshop optional After Effects).
Strong understanding of composition color typography and visual hierarchy.
Experience designing for digital ecosystems (social media landing pages ads newsletters).
Desirable: basic knowledge of Figma or Canva for collaboration with product and marketing teams.
Sensitivity to current visual trends and the ability to translate them into a distinctive brand language.
Desirable: previous experience in creative or tech-oriented environments.
