ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Early Childhood Educator you will:

• Be studying towards or hold a Certificate III Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care
• Create warm joyful and inspiring learning environments that reflect childrens voices and interests
• Build meaningful trusting relationships with children families and your team
• Collaborate with Lead Educators Educational Leaders and Centre Managers to co-construct learning experiences
• Ensure programs align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) National Quality Standards (NQS) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
• Contribute to a culture of curiosity documentation and continuous learning
• Full-time part-time and casual opportunities available.

FOR OUR LEAD EDUCATORS

As a Lead Educator you will:

• Inspire and guide your team through thoughtful leadership and mentorship
• Take pride in the design documentation and delivery of your learning space
• Champion the Reggio Emilia values of collaboration respect and reflection in all you do
• Continue your own learning journey as an educational leader within a supportive team
• Full-time and casual positions available.

WHAT YOULL NEED

• A valid NSW Working with Children Check
• A recognised Early Childhood qualification (Certificate III Diploma or ECT) or currently studying towards one
• A love of learning and a genuine passion for nurturing childrens growth and potential
• A reflective mindset and commitment to the Reggio philosophy
• Traineeships may also be available for the right candidates.
