How youll make an impact:
Develop strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets.
Implement targeted sales initiatives to boost product awareness and business growth.
Analyse market trends competitor activities and data insights to identify and capitalise on new opportunities.
Negotiate and manage business events commercial partnerships driving account performance and profitability.
Work cohesively with our groups team to maximise conversion.
Build strong external trade and business events relationships to achieve mutually beneficial business goals.
Collaborate across internal teams to ensure sales efficiency and operational effectiveness.
Manage budgets effectively ensuring cost-efficient operations within approved financial guidelines.
What were looking for:
Ideally 3-5 years of sales management experience.
Tertiary qualification in business or related field (preferred).
Proven ability to strategically manage key accounts and drive revenue growth with prior experience across Business Events/MICE market preferred.
Strong consultative sales approach with excellent communication skills.
Exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
A strong understanding of Groups and the associated operational needs
