About the Role
Join Ingram Micro as a Solutions Architect supporting our vendors and reseller network with expert technical guidance and solution design. Youll combine technical know-how with strong customer engagement to position Ingram Micro as the distributor of choice.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales technical support for cybersecurity solutions and services
- Assist resellers with security solution design bids and tenders
- Build strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders
- Support sales opportunities with security expertise and technical input
- Conduct technical presentations and product enablement sessions
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales teams to grow the security portfolio
- Stay current with emerging security technologies and industry trends
What Youll Bring
- Security certifications (e.g. Fortinet NSE CompTIA Security CISSP or similar)
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies (network endpoint cloud identity and threat management)
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or related field
- Excellent communication presentation and relationship skills
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving ability
- Team player with initiative and solid business acumen
