Job Summary
Lead the end to end testing process for ETL workflows data pipelines and data warehouse with business analysts developers and data engineers to understand data requirements and transformation and develop comprehensive test strategies test cases and test data to validate ETL data validation reconciliation and verification between source and target test automation frameworks for ETL and data validation using tools like Python PySpark or SQL based test results identify defects and work closely with the development team to ensure timely and report test progress metrics and quality indicators to adherence to best practices data governance and compliance and guide team members on ETL testing methodologies and and manage an ETL testing team providing technical guidance task allocation and experience in ETL and DWH testing including leading testing expertise in SQL for data validation and complex query on experience with ETL tools such as Informatica Talend DataStage Azure Data Factory or with databases like Oracle SQL Server Snowflake Teradata or with automation frameworks for data testing such as PyTest Selenium QuerySurge and Databricks understanding of data warehousing concepts data modeling and ETL with CI CD pipelines and integration with version control systems such as Git Jenkins and Azure analytical communication and leadership skills.
