Tech Lead - Job Description
Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Tech Lead to drive the development and architecture of our cutting-edge applications. This role requires a blend of hands-on coding expertise across the entire stack strong leadership and deep knowledge of modern cloud technologies and emerging Generative AI/LLM frameworks. The ideal candidate will mentor a team of engineers guide technical strategy and ensure the delivery of high-quality scalable and resilient solutions.
Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership & Architecture: Define design and implement scalable high-performance and secure full-stack solutions. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the engineering team. Hands-on Development: Write clean efficient and well-documented code for both the frontend and backend serving as the technical reference point for the team. Cloud & Infrastructure: Oversee deployment scaling and operational excellence primarily within the GCP ecosystem. AI Integration: Lead the integration of advanced AI/ML capabilities leveraging foundational knowledge in Generative AI and Large Language Models. Code Quality & Standards: Establish and enforce best practices for code quality testing CI/CD security and performance tuning. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Project Managers Product Owners and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver impactful features.

Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Typically 7 years of progressive experience in software development with 2 years in a technical leadership or lead engineer role.
