At Lawrence Cleaning Services were looking for an Area Manager to oversee
operations support our site teams and ensure our clients receive the highest
standard of service.
What Youll Be Doing:
*Managing cleaning contracts across multiple sites in your area.
*Leading and motivating cleaning teams to deliver top-quality results.
*Building strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
*Overseeing staffing audits and compliance with company standards.
*Driving efficiency performance and service excellence.

What Were Looking For:
*Proven experience in a supervisory or area management role (ideally within cleaning FM or related sectors)
*Excellent people management and communication skills
*Strong organisational abilities with a hands-on approach
*Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across sites
