You will be involved in a wide range of tasksfrom troubleshooting and testing new features to acting as a business analyst and working closely with both our vendor and business teams. This is a role where your ideas matter and your contribution helps drive innovation.
About the role
We are looking for a versatile and proactive colleague to join our IBSuite platform a niche insurance solution with a start-up character. The role requires both technical curiosity and business understanding and you will have the chance to make a real impact. You will be a key part of a small team working closely with the business and our vendor to keep the platform running smoothly improve processes and help shape its future.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the vendor and business teams to align technical solutions with real business needs
- Test and validate new solutions before rollout to ensure quality and user satisfaction
- Business analysis analyze and document requirements for new functionalities
- Act as a trusted superuser and provide expert support to colleagues helping resolve complex issues and sharing knowledge
- Perform data extractions using IQL and handle minor HTML and configuration adjustments (training provided)
- Contribute to platform development by collaborating closely with the team and vendor

About the team
You will join a small agile team dedicated to the IBSuite platform. The team consists of experienced professionals who work closely with both the business and our external vendor. Collaboration is key we operate in a dynamic environment where knowledge sharing and problem-solving are part of everyday work. Our setup allows for direct influence on decisions and solutions making it an ideal place for someone who enjoys responsibility and variety.
Who are you
We are looking for someone who enjoys learning thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to make a real impact. You do not need to know everything from day onewell support your developmentbut you should be curious and ready to take ownership of the platform.
You also have:
- Experience with system administration or application support
- Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into solutions
- Familiarity with data extraction (IQL) and basic HTMLor willingness to learn
- Understanding of insurance or financial services is a plus
- Comfortable working with vendors and internal stakeholders
