System Owner SOM (Service Order Manager)

Denmark Norway or Sweden

Were modernising our Nordic IT landscape and were looking for a System Owner who wants to take end-to-end responsibility for a core platform. Youll own SOM (Service Order Manager) the system that connects our BSS and OSS layers and ensures services flow reliably from order to delivery. Get energy from making complex workflows simpler smarter and more automated

Want to be the bridge between business needs and technical execution

Youll need to have:

  • Deep understanding of TM Forum architecture including how OSS and BSS domains interact and are applied in real telecom environments
  • Solid knowledge of fixed fibre services with the ability to understand and translate commercial offerings into system and process requirements
  • Strong Product Ownership experience including:
    • Defining product vision and roadmaps
    • Gathering structuring and prioritising requirements
    • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence in an agile setup
  • Practical experience with Camunda 8 including process modelling and orchestration in complex system landscapes
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken with the ability to communicate clearly with technical and business stakeholders

Who youll work with and what youll be doing

Youll join our Nordic SOM/ODEN team 11 specialists across Denmark Norway and Sweden who work closely with product development teams and network/operations to secure reliable service orchestration.

In this role you will:
Own the SOM platform and its lifecycle
Translate business and product requirements into workflows and system features
Work hand-in-hand with developers on backlog priorities sprints and change evaluations
Ensure integrations and workflows follow security governance and compliance standards
Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to improve end-to-end flows
Monitor the systems performance and drive continuous improvement

Location & Ways of Working

Location: Denmark Norway or Sweden (one position; open to all three countries)
Work model: Hybrid 3 days in the office
Team setup: Distributed Nordic team with manager based in Sweden
Travel: Occasional Nordic travel may occur
