Join our Business Management team and become a key contributor in providing and delivering unified communication solutions that enhance our customers operational efficiency.

About the role

As our new Sales Specialist Unified Communications youll work closely with colleagues across the commercial organization. Youll be based in our modern open office in Copenhagen in a team that values collaboration and ownership.

Youll act as the specialist who turns customer needs into effective solution proposalssupporting Key Account Managers in moving opportunities forward from discovery to closing.

In this role you will:

  • Partner with Key Account Managers to understand customer goals and translate needs into the best possible Contact Center Cloud PBX or Voice setup.
  • Engage in customer-facing sales activities like presentations demos workshops and solution dialogues.
  • Prepare quotations respond to tenders and ensure proposals are sharp relevant and competitive.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on our service and product portfoliohelping customers navigate options and choose the right solution.
  • Collaborate with the Key Account Manager to advance opportunities maintaining momentum clarity and a positive experience for customers.

Who you are

Were looking for someone who combines motivation structure and credibility with customer conversations. Youre motivated by outcomes enjoy being in the mix and know how to move a sales process forward.

You bring:

  • Native-level Danish and fluent English; proficiency in German is considered an advantage.
  • Substantial experience in sales within Contact Center Cloud PBX or Voice (we expect 3 years in a similar space).
  • Experience with Genesys Cloud Contact Center or Luware Nimbus for Microsoft Teams is an advantage.
  • A background in pre-sales and sales activities with experience in presenting and demonstrating solutions.
  • Preferably a bachelors or masters degree in a relevant field.
