Are you a proactive student looking to gain real-world experience in maintenance and production Join our dynamic team as a Student Worker Technical Support where youll play a key role in enhancing our manufacturing processes and driving efficiency. This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills while contributing to impactful projects in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking a motivated Student Technical Support Intern to join our this role you will assist in improving our production processes and equipment performance.

Core responsibilities:

  • Analyzing production data to identify issues and suggest immediate solutions to enhance efficiency (cycle time throughput OEE).
  • Participating in problem-solving sessions to address and eliminate unexpected downtimes and quality issues.
  • Supporting the maintenance team by ensuring preventive maintenance schedules are followed and spare parts are managed effectively.
  • Assisting in the development and management of local and global improvement projects ensuring they meet set goals and timelines.
  • Planning and conducting pilot tests for new processes documenting results and communicating findings to the team.
  • Monitoring production data (cycles quality downtime) and preparing weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and helping implement changes that lead to lasting positive impacts.
  • Training team members on troubleshooting techniques and new operational standards.

Do you have what it takes

  • Enrolled in a technical university (preferably) mechanical/manufacturing/Industrial.
  • Basic mechanical & electrical know-how; safe use of common tools/EHS.
  • Comfortable working with data in Excel/Sheets (pivots simple charts).
  • Can read/apply SOPs and simple technical drawings with attention to detail.
  • Clear communicator in Czech & English (brief updates shift notes).
  • Ownership & urgency prioritizes escalates blockers closes tasks.
  • Part time job 20 hours per week
