Key Responsibilities
Supporting the Head of Support Services and following the strategic direction of the bank
Develop drive and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues in Support Services Head Office departments sales channels and Auswide Banks customers
Comply with all Auswide Banks policies and procedures.
Key contact for third party relationship eg: MSA National
Provide leadership to the Lending Services staff and greater Support Services team
Effectively manage teams daily workflow of operational activities
Review Promapp and SSO Policy regularly and request any necessary amendments
Competent call email & process logging for FTE purposes
Identify and organise implementation of process improvement opportunities
Projects and tasks on an ad hoc basis
Provide training and performance management within your Lending Services team.

Manage teams leave and performance reviews
. Answer complex questions
Hands on from a managerial aspect with your team but also you will be expected to be able to assist with an overflow of work which will include day to day operational responsibilities such as authorisation documentation loan maintenance rate classes month end reporting and interaction with custodians.
