The Role
As a Sales Consultant at Liviti you are responsible for closing Buyers Agency and Advisory service packages.
You will:
Source qualify and close your own opportunities (with inbound and outbound support)
Run decisive strategy-led sales conversations
Position Livitis services as a logical next step not a hard sell
Own your pipeline end-to-end like a business owner
This role rewards output not activity.

What Youll Be Doing
Conduct high-trust sales consultations (Zoom / phone)
Diagnose client goals objections and decision barriers quickly
Present Livitis Buyers Agency and Advisory services with authority
Close high-ticket deals confidently and ethically
Manage your own pipeline follow-ups and deal momentum
Coordinate clean handovers to Buyers Agents post-sale

What Were Looking For (Non-Negotiable)
You must have:
Proven experience closing $20K offers (property advisory coaching consulting finance or similar)
Success in commission-only or contractor sales environments
Comfort leading conversations with affluent or sophisticated buyers
Strong objection handling without manipulation or fluff
High personal accountability no excuses no passengers
We favour doers who close not talkers who explain.
