As a Business Operations Associate youll work at the intersection of business customers and engineering analyzing issues identifying root causes and collaborating cross-functionally to design smarter scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers and internal teams to understand business goals challenges and opportunities.
Analyze recurring operational issues to identify root causes and implement long-term fixes.
Collaborate closely with engineering product and operations teams to enhance workflows and customer experience.
Use data to uncover insights track KPIs and recommend process improvements.
Build and document scalable frameworks for business operations and decision-making.
Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
Ideal Candidate
Education: MBA fresher or graduate in Business Operations or related fields.
Skills & Attributes:
Strong business acumen and analytical problem-solving.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Detail-oriented with a structured approach to uncovering root causes.
Curious about how business strategy product and technology connect.
Comfortable working with data (Excel SQL or BI tools a plus).
Bonus: Experience in startups SaaS or customer-centric businesses.
