Infosys is seeking Skilled and experienced ServiceNow Technology Lead with deep expertise in IntegrationHub REST/SOAP APIs and third-party system integrations. Hands-on experience across multiple ServiceNow modules including ITSM ITOM/CMDB HRSD and ITAM and will be responsible for designing and delivering technical solutions.RequiredQualifications:

- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience in ServiceNow technical solution design in addition to development
- Skilled in ServiceNow development with Script includes Business Rules ACLs Data and UI policies Data import activities
- Lead and deliver end-to-end ServiceNow integration solutions using Integrations (REST/SOAP) IntegrationHub Flow Designer and custom scripts.
- Work across multiple ServiceNow modules including ITSM ITOM/CMDB HRSD and ITAM.
- Gather requirements and translate them into technical designs in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain Integration documentation and interface specifications.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues with minimal business impact.
- Participate in customer-facing roles and contribute to technical solution design.
Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certifications - Certified System Administrator (CSA) CIS-ITSM.
- Experience with ServiceNow Spokes and custom connector development.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone email or face to face.
Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:
Ontario: $ 89004 to $115491
