Telesigns Legal Department is looking for a talentedLegal Counselto help support our growing business. Were looking for someonewithexcellent draftingnegotiationand communication (written and oral) skills. You have the ability to understand business objectives and think creatively and outside-the-box to find resolutions to achieve the requirements of all parties.Youcan identify and implement process improvements enjoy working with different teams and loves the challenge of learning about new subject matters and issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Takingownership of the drafting review negotiation and management of a wide range of commercial contracts or other legal documentation with customers suppliers etc
• You will collaborate with internal teams to provide legal and strategic business advice to proactively identify mitigate and manage any legal risks in the agreements consistent with internal corporate policies and processes
• The successful candidate will possess the ability to work efficiently and independently; manage high volumes of tasks and projects with little guidance; react with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require a quick response or turnaround; think creatively and be proactive in solving problems and streamlining solutions
• The candidate will also have great attention to detail while still meeting tight deadlines have great organization skills and can easily switch gears
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must as this position involves direct contact with principal business owners
• This position may be asked to work non-regular hours based on business needs
