LG Electronics LATAM is looking for a Tax Manager to join our legal team focusing on tax litigation and strategic tax matters. We seek a professional with solid technical expertise business insight and alignment with LGs corporate values.

Location: São Paulo (100% on-site)

Responsibilities

Manage tax litigation cases (CIT IPI and ICMS) from administrative to judicial stages;

Perform technical and strategic tax analyses proposing solutions and reporting to leadership;

Manage CND renewal processes ensuring compliance with tax obligations;

Monitor tax trends and rulings (STJ STF Tax Reform) identifying opportunities and mitigating risks;

Share cases and best practices with internal legal teams and external partners.

Requirements

Law degree and active OAB registration;

Minimum 5 years of experience in tax law with a focus on litigation.

Proven experience leading tax litigation cases (CIT IPI ICMS);

Experience managing CND processes and working with external law firms;

Analytical skills and autonomy to solve tax issues;

Fluent English (mandatory);

Certification or specialization in Tax Law is a plus.

Desired Knowledge

Strong knowledge of CIT (including Manaus ZFM) TP ICMS PIS/COFINS IPI and II;

Knowledge of tax planning and compliance is a plus.
