We need to hire the right people into the right roles at the right time.We are looking for a legal professional with 35 years of in-house experience who is looking for a long-term opportunity in a dynamic global environment. Based in Brazil you will work on legal matters that span multiple jurisdictions engaging with teams across different regions. The core of the role focuses on commercial contracts with both clients and suppliers but the scope may evolve to include broader legal areas depending on your experience and interests.What will you be doing- Draft review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts with international clients and vendors
- Provide practical legal advice to internal stakeholders across business functions and geographies
- Collaborate with colleagues in Europe the US and other regions to ensure consistent legal standards and contract processes
- Manage legal queries related to contract terms risk and compliance
- Support local legal needs in Brazil as required including corporate governance regulatory filings or employment law matters
- Contribute to legal initiatives in areas such as data protection insurance and compliance depending on experience
- Help refine legal processes and documentation as we grow and expand our global footprint

You need to have the following:- Law degree and bar qualification in Brazil
- 25 years of legal experience including at least some in-house work
- Strong experience handling commercial contracts and advising business stakeholders
- Excellent written and spoken English with confidence communicating across cultures and functions
- Comfortable working on cross-border matters and juggling varied legal topics
- Proactive and mature approach to work with high attention to detail
- Enthusiastic about being part of a small supportive team with a long-term mindset
Nice to Have:- Experience in marketing technology or digital services
- Knowledge of data protection insurance or international compliance frameworks
- Familiarity with legal operations or process improvement
