Estamos à procura de um estagiário para integrar nossa equipe de Assuntos Jurídicos/Corporativos LATAM.
Baseado em Sorocaba reportando-se ao Gerente de Assuntos Corporativos da LATAM você participará diariamente das atividades técnicas e administrativas de acordo com as políticas diretrizes e estratégias do Grupo Prysmian.
Você será responsável por:
Acompanhar e programar ocorrências no sistema processual de contencioso (Projuris);
Apoiar a comunicação entre áreas (Finanças Fiscal etc);
Acompanhar os pagamentos de guias e execuções junto a equipe administrativa e financeira;
Apoiar escritórios de advocacia externos no envio da documentação correta para o contencioso;
Apoiar na elaboração de petições simples com suporte de advogado interno;
Auxiliar e cooperar com o advogado interno em qualquer tema relacionado a questões tributárias;

Estamos à procura de um estudante de Direito com as seguintes habilidades e motivações:
Cursando Direito;
Conhecimento do pacote MS Office intermediário;
Conhecimento de inglês ou espanhol será um diferencial;
Senso de urgência e responsabilidade com prazos;
Trabalho em equipe;
