At Mars our Field Sales Representatives connect with customers think creatively and make an impact with some of Australias most loved brands.
What Youll Do
As the face of Mars in your local stores youll build relationships spot opportunities and make sure our products look their best on shelf.
Each day youll:
Visit stores in your territory to check stock displays and promotions.
Build relationships and negotiate with store managers to grow sales and visibility.
Use sales data and insights to spot opportunities and solve problems.
Plan your territory and collaborate with your team to share learnings and celebrate wins.
No two days are the same. Youll be on the road within your local territory (day travel only) - meeting people solving problems and seeing the impact of your work every day.

Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident at the time of application
Have a valid drivers licence and be willing to drive for work
