Job Summary

Position Overview:

The Collection is currently seeking for a highly professional responsible and experienced person to assume the position of Service order to effectively fill the position the individual must be able to conduct themselves and speak in a professional manner. For accurate problem-determination experience in the automotive industry is necessary. Because Service Advisors will be directly dealing with the customer a genuinely friendly and customer service-oriented attitude is necessary. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide your customers with the very best service including resolving customer complaints
Processall service functions in CDK Excel Word & Outlook
Understand how to properly write up a repair order and its requirements
Understand the appointment process car terminology and how repairs are performed
Work with body shops and extended warranty companies to provide estimates
Provide customers with proper estimates quotes labor prices parts prices explain shop supplies explain repairs to vehicles.
Collaboratewith technicians and provide proper estimates

Qualifications:

Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
3 years relevant experience in a luxury automotive dealership is desired
Professional with great sales and customer service skills
Capable of making the best decision that will benefit the customer and the company
The drive to succeed in a fast-paced high-volume environment

Physical Requirements:

Regularly required to sit at a computer terminal for extended periods use hands to operate a keyboard and telephone
Ability to stand walk bend stoop reach and lift up to 30 lbs. when needed
