Job Purpose / Objective
Develop the overall regional communication strategy for MC in India
Setup and control regional communication plan
Conduct regional campaigns and co-marketing activities incl. transformation communications
Ensure compliance of regional marketing activities with Bosch brand positioning requirements and BBM communication strategy
Responsible for regional-specific academy for product description and internal trainings
Communications Strategy
- Define implement and track overall regional communication strategy in close alignment with all relevant GBs and business units for the region
- Develop and execute a multi-level communication roadmap tailored for executives managers and employees across divisions and at enterprise level
- Transfer of BBM strategy into regional communication plan in alignment with M/SXS M/CGB and relevant GB MBCs
- Setup and control regional communication plan
- selection of communication channels relevant for the specifically detailed target group and content production for each channel (incl. regional adaptation of GB content prepared by GB communicators)
Campaigns
- Plan and conduct regional campaigns transformation communication and co-marketing activities in close alignment with relevant GB MBCs and TMO
- Ensure compliance of regional marketing activities with Bosch brand positioning requirements and BBM communication strategy
- Lead transformation events collaborate with business stakeholders and consultants to coordinate workshops surveys townhalls and internal launches.
- Performance analysis for communication activities in the region
- Customer service/request coordination (1st/2ndlevel support) for digital touchpoints in the region
Knowledge Mgmt.
- Drive regional-specific academy for product description and internal trainings
Resource Management
- Manage regional communication team (communication team on regional level that implements all communication activities for theregions in close cooperation with relevant GB communicators e. g. regional campaigns)
- Manage communication budget for the entire region incl. decision how to allocate communication budgets for BUs / focus products in the region
Cross Channel Marketing Management
- Develop and implement a cross-channel marketing strategy (for all sales channels from key account sales partner-led sales to online sales and platform sales) along the entire customer journey from awareness interest consideration & evaluation purchase retention and advocacy
- Plan and execute cross channel marketing campaigns
Qualifications :
Education:
- Bachelors Degree (Any stream) - Mandatory
- Masters Degree (MBA/MS/PGDM - Marketing Communications Digital comm. Advertising & Brand mgmt. etc) - Mandatory
Experience:
- Min. 8 years experience preferred
Mandatory experience in the area of communications
