Job Summary

Qualification: - B. Tech Electrical Engg. from any reputed engineering Institute.
Work experience of min. 8 to 10 years in any reputed engineering organisation which involved in motor or generator manufacturing.
Budget upto 15 LPA
Shall be working in design & manufacturing engineering / winding department related to copper winding and impregnation areas.
Shall have experience in understanding the complete motor and generator copper winding drawings and able to support production and project related activities.
Shall be conversant with the quality and testing requirements fo the copper wound products.
Shall be able to identify and finalise the Equipments toolings related to winding impregnation testing etc.. and co-ordinate with the equipment suppliers for sourcing them from
Shall be responsible for new product development activities right from Enquiry stage to PPAP and Pilot batch production stage.
Shall be able to review communicate and convince customer during NPD related process or product deviations as required.
Shall be able to co-ordinate with all internal departments and all plants for completing NPD activities and up to Pilot batch production.
Shall be conversant with supplier development activities. Shall lead all NPD related outsourcing activities by supporting technically wherever required.
Adequate experience in PPAP documents as per customer requirements.
Initially reporting to development team lead.
