The Job Mission
This hybrid site-based role supports the delivery of Mechanical Electrical and HVAC systems at Hinkley Point C. Its ideal for candidates from mechanical or electrical backgrounds seeking to transition into nuclear construction.
Assist senior construction managers with daily site supervision of MEH works
Coordinate subcontractor teams to meet safety quality and programme goals
Support in developing work packs permits and RAMS documentation
Take part in progress walkdowns and witness hold point inspections
Help resolve technical or logistical issues affecting site activities
Qualifications :
Skills and Experience
HND NVQ Level 4 or Degree in Construction Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Experience in site engineering trade supervision or construction coordination
SMSTS or SSSTS certification (required)
Understanding of QA processes and site safety practices
Organised delivery-focused and an effective communicator
