Job Summary
Position Overview:
Were looking for a skilled and creative part-time Bartender to join our team. Youll craft innovative cocktails provide outstanding service and create memorable moments for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mixology Mastery: Create unique and delicious cocktails using premium spirits and fresh ingredients.
- Guest Engagement: Interact with guests offer drink recommendations and ensure they have a great time at the bar.
- Beverage Program Support: Help develop our drinks menu with new and exciting cocktails and promotions.
- Bar Operations: Keep the bar clean organised and well-stocked while following all safety and licensing rules.
- Upselling: Suggest premium drinks and pairings to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Team Collaboration: collaborate with all colleagues and your manager to ensure a smooth service.
Qualifications :
- Leaving Cert level education or above
- NVQ qualification or equivalent
- Ability to display a real passion for food beverage and customer service
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Hands on and proactive approach
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Excellent time management
