Job Summary

Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Location: Fredericksburg VA
Shift: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
Pay Rate: $629 weekly

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seekingCertified Nursing Assistantfor an exciting Travel or Local job inFredericksburg VA.

Responsibilities:

Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing dressing grooming toileting and feeding.
Measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure temperature pulse and respiration rate.
Help patients with mobility including transferring ambulating and positioning in bed.
Observe and report changes in patients physical or emotional condition to nursing staff.
Maintain a clean safe and comfortable environment for patients.
Assist with patient admissions discharges and transfers.
Collect specimens for testing as directed by nursing staff.
Ensure proper infection control and adhere to facility safety procedures.
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and families.
Document care provided accurately and in a timely manner in electronic or written records.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.
Current state certification as a Nursing Assistant.
