Job Summary

This role involves performing a wide range of administrative tasks to support the Sales Accounting Operations and other departments as needed. As the first point of contact for the facility the individual in this role will handle inquiries and interactions both via telephone and in person representing the company in a professional manner.

 

Responsibilities


Assist in order entry and other tasks around the marketing of both domestic and import

Facilitate tasks around maintaining servicing our sales agents & other team members 

Collaborate with production and Supply/Demand teams to gather information and key details for the sales team.

Respond quickly and accurately with information to support customer needs.

Ability to strategize and execute assigned tasks and goals.

Coordinate scheduling handle various projects deadlines and reports.

Perform other work-related duties and projects as directed.

Maintain constantly changing Customer Spec Sheets.

 

Requirements


High School diploma is required bachelors degree in business or related field is preferred.

2 years of relevant work experience preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft applications (Outlook Excel Word).

Must possess strong and accurate typing and 10-key skills. Minimum speed of 50 WPM.

Experience working with Famous Software highly preferred.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Alignment with companys mission and core values.

Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with peers and packing house teams.

Must be dependable punctual self-motivated and able to take direction.

Team-oriented service-focused attitude.
