TENDER OFFICE SPECIALIST
We are looking for a motivated candidate to join as Tender Specialist our Tender Staff Team in Mercer Italy based in Rome or in Milan to be responsible for the documental and administrative management of the tenders in collaboration with the consulting business teams.

Mercer in Italy has offices in Milan Rome and Bologna and serves hundreds clients including some of the most important Italian and foreign industrial groups leading financial institutions insurance funds pension funds foundations and family offices.
What can you expect
Your main activities and responsibilities will be:
Analyze and interpret the tender notices verifying the conditions (administrative economic-financial criteria business parameters etc.) ensuring proper highlighting to the Tender Leaders;
Ensure the production of the necessary documentation for the submission of the tender;
Define the participation requirements and manage any subcontracting;
Define the form of participation in the tender in agreement with the consultants: RTI - ATI SUBCONTRACTING;
Produce the certifications for participation in the competitions;
Retrieve and process any necessary references for the presentation of the tender;
Oversee and monitor the dates for the opening of bids maintain the tender schedule;
Manage the awarding phase of the tender prepare all post-award documentation and maintain an archive of all documents related to participation;
Manage all administrative obligations underlying the correct execution of tenders (public and private);
Manage the qualifications of the supplier lists and their updates.
Requirements:
Bachelor / Masters Degree in Law Economics or similar;
An at least 2/4 years of professional experience gained within service companies preferably in consulting firms;
Excellent knowledge of the Procurement Code and Administrative Law;
Precision and analytical skills to define potential critical issues on tenders;
Relationship and interpersonal skills to collect the necessary documentation from colleagues with a teamwork attitude;
Excellent time management and organizational skills in order to prioritize and effectively meet deadlines;
Good knowledge and usage of the Microsoft Office package;
Good Knowledge (at least a B2 level) of the English language.
