具体职责:
1.100%遵守工厂安全规定
2.遵守质量要求保质保量的完成规定操作以满足生产线和生产区域的质量绩效和指标要求污染物控制质量缺陷等
3.满足生产节拍要求必要时接替其他团队成员的工作和帮助团队维持生产线正常运转及时地向班组长发出Andon 请求按要求完成点检工作执行日常设备维护维持本区域的5S标准
4.掌握底漆面漆手动喷漆技能
5.理解生产区域的工作流程参与实施变革以实现未来状态价值流图参与执行LEAN的指导原则并且努力工作以确保LEAN的成功实施理解和发现浪费作为LEAN 的参与人参加流程问题分析帮助确定根源 参加流程改进对话提出持续改进意见提供反馈参与实施构想参与制定标准化工作
6.主管和组长临时安排的工作
任职资格:
1.机械或化工相关专业职校或更高学历
2.一年以上手动喷漆操作经验优先考虑
3.有天车操作经验及资质者优先考虑
