职位职责
1接受喷漆工艺的培训发动机底材处理捞渣机使用
2参与班前流程改进对话积极提出生产中发现的问题和建议 认真听取组长的各项要求
3严格执行岗位PPE的穿戴规定严格遵守各项安全规定避免安全伤害事故的发生
4努力发现生产过程中存在的问题和风险积极提交持续改进建议卡
5按时完成工厂部门班组的三级培训3月内自主完成CMLS上必须完成的课件
6严格执行标准化工作流程及其他各项质量管理规定避免质量缺陷的发生
7严格按照计划实施生产努力提高工作效率
8遵循停产整顿的要求正确使用Andon信号向组长寻求支援
9按要求完成5S和TPM (全面生产力维护) 工作
10积极关注成本节约努力消除工作中的各项浪费
11严格执行公司的其他各项规章制度 及时完成主管或领班安排的其他工作
职位要求
1为人正直良好的人际沟通能力强烈的责任心和团队精神
2中学及以上教育背景
3具备良好的安全和质量意识严格按规定和流程操作
4具备良好的5S和TPM (全员生产维护) 理念
5有喷漆经验1年以上者尤佳
6适应倒班和生产加班
