- 职责 1
- 1. 负责岗位所属区域的安全运行遵守安全规程认真执行确认制保证安全生产
- 职责 2
- 2. 负责岗位作业符合相关环保与合规要求
- 职责 3
- 3. 熟悉现场应急预案并按要求对紧急事件及时进行处置和汇报
- 职责 4
- 4. 负责本岗位设备的操作巡检及日常基本维护
- 职责 5
- 5. 严格按照岗位操作规程和操作卡要求进行作业发现故障隐患及异常现象及时汇报和处理
- 职责 6
- 6. 负责与上下游工序及中控室的沟通协调工作确保生产稳定运行
- 职责 7
- 7. 积极参与公司持续改善活动针对生产过程中发现的安全工艺质量及设备等异常情况提出合理化建议
- 职责 8
- 8. 负责本岗位设备及区域卫生5S清洁工作
- 职责 9
- 9. 做好本岗位的各种记录完成上级领导交办的其他工作事项
您所需要满足的
要求
- 必要条件
全日制中专及以上学历 化学化工机电一体化电气工程等相关专业
两年以上大中型制造企业车间中控操作工作经验化工企业经验优先
有一定的语言和文字表达能力懂现代化机器设备操作
熟悉生产工艺流程熟悉搅拌泵刮刀离心机皮带及螺旋输送机等设备的基本结构与性能
熟悉岗位相关的各化学品物料安全技术说明书中所涉内容做到应知应会
