Job Summary
The opportunity
To ensure that the works under contracts are delivered safely and profitably through the effective management of productivity and on-time service delivery to ensure contract KPIs are achieved whilst proactively working towards developing and maintaining a high level of service that promotes and realises organic revenue and margin growth.
What youll do
Accountable for overseeing and optimising operations including management of field and back-office teams
Collaborate with scheduling logistics and inventory teams to ensure availability of equipment tools and materials in the field
Monitor report on and improve field performance metrics including safety incidents quality rework cost per unit productivity on-time service delivery and customer satisfaction
Conduct regular field audits site visits and toolbox talks to engage with the workforce and enforce safety quality and customer service expectations

High level people management and interpersonal skills enabling work with a wide variety of people and groups including corporate government and clients;
Strong commercial acumen with extensive service delivery experience in a large diverse and complex operating environment
True advocate for safety - Comply with and require others to comply with relevant legislation standards and Codes of Practice
