What youll do:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries becoming our clients most valuable ambassador
• Use phone calls emails and chats to provide a seamless experience for new and existing customers
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding the clients services and products in a professional and timely manner
• Resolve technical issues as they arise providing guidance on product or service use
• Turn every customer into a satisfied customer!
• Share ideas and solutions with your colleagues

What were looking for:

• Fluency in Norwegian
• Strong English skills both written and verbal
• Work experience in a customer or technical support role is preferred
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a problem-solving mindset
• Basic computer and technical skills
• A positive and adventurous attitude
• Enthusiasm for meeting customer needs and ready to tackle new challenges
