Job Summary
Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Propane Service Supervisor on a permanent basis at our branch in Winnipeg MB.
This position requires on-site work and is based in Winnipeg MB.
Are you an experienced driver or tradesperson looking to step into a supervisory role Or perhaps youre a current supervisor looking for a new challengeWhether you have experience in the propane industry or are interested in learning more about it this is a great opportunity to use your operational and trade knowledge in a meaningful way.
What youll do:
Oversee propane tank installations and day-to-day customer service.
Anticipate and assess customers propane heating needs make fulfillment recommendations to the customers and co-ordinate the completion of service work and propane deliveries.
Maintain and build relationships with customers community members and local Co-ops.
Ensure proper propane tank inspections and maintenance on all equipment and trucks is being performed and documented.
Support training certification upkeep performance management and recruitment of the drivers and service technicians to maintain a compliant and engaged team.
Complete daily administrative tasks on platforms such Excel and SharePoint to create and maintain records of accounts sales training schedules maintenance etc.
Who youll work with:
The Team:You will supervise a team of Service Technicians and a Propane Clerk and will work closely with other Propane Supervisors in the Manitoba & Ontario zone.
The Customers: You will demonstrate customer focus while supporting rural commercial and residential propane customers.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in operations and:
- Domestic gasfitter ticket in good standing is required.
- 3-5 years experience as a service technician; preference for individuals with prior supervisory experience.
- Are familiar with the Energy Service industry.
