Job Summary
Position Criteria:
- Demonstrate aptitude for performing tasks listed
- Must exhibit ethical practices and be a role model to students
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable
Performance Criteria:
- Schedule and evaluate Color Guard auditions
- Create drill/choreography and schedule rehearsals as needed
- Attend all summer obligations including (but not limited to) rehearsals and band camp
- Schedule and attend morning rehearsals during marching season
- Attend contests and parades as appropriate
- Manage and order all equipment costumes and supplies
- Collaborate with Marching Band staff including Directors and Percussion Leader as needed
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the District
