Job Summary

The role of a Telemarketing Specialist involves engaging potential customers over the telephone to deliver our companys products or services stimulate interest generate leads and drive sales. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and are expected to demonstrate good communication skills by conveying information effectively and using persuasive techniques.

Job Purpose

The purpose of this role Telemarketing Specialist is to capture the interest of potential customers understand their needs through active listening and convert them into leads and sales. This position requires the use of CRM software for customer relationship management and the capacity to handle objections while maintaining a positive attitude is critical to success.
