Job Title: Junior Solution Manager (Enterprise) - Graduate Program
Job Location: Rijswijk The Netherlands

Main Responsibilities:
- Lead Datacom product-domain solution design ensuring technical competitiveness commercial viability and deliverability.
- Accurately understand client business and network requirements perform independent network assessments and deliver solution presentations.
- Independently develop solutions network designs bids and quotations.
- Drive regional project expansion and solution-level operations while building and maintaining strong technical relationships with clients.
- Collect and analyze competitor intelligence to generate strategic insights.
Requirements:
- Educational background (BSc or Msc from a University not Applied University) in Electrical Engineering Computer Science Telecommunications ICT Technical Informatics Industrial Engineering & Management Business Information Technology or related field).
- Ability to translate client requirements into solution designs track opportunities and execute project strategies effectively.
- Pre: Expertise in at least one domain: Datacom (Router or Switch).
- Strong cross-cultural adaptability and ability to perform well under pressure.
- Pre: Experience in ICT industry sales or marketing with the capability to engage senior client stakeholders.
