We are looking for a curious flexible and independent colleague to strengthen our multidisciplinary Root Cause & Research team! This position is ideal for a recent graduate who wants to develop in conducting root cause analyses is interested inorganizationaldynamics andbehavior enjoys conducting research on a scientific basis and is motivated to learn from experienced colleagues in a dynamic environment.

Your role
You will be engaged in conductingRoot CauseAnalyses and various other types of research within the(inter)nationalAssurancepracticeof PwC focusing onimprovement work will includeanalyzingquality findings and a variety of issues such as learning from mistakes and themes around will actively contribute to drafting improvement proposals and raising quality important part of this isas wellmeasuring and evaluating the effectiveness of these measures.

Within youranalyses you will work with variousRootCauseAnalysisThemes such as human behavior and decision-making work processes and procedures communication and collaboration leadership and culture and the design and support of systems and resources.

You will also strengthen our team by carrying out external assignments where we help clients withRootCauseAnalyses andprovidetargeted advice on quality improvements andorganizationalculture.

Who you are

• You have aMasters or Bachelorsdegreein social sciences (Psychology Philosophy Anthropology Sociology)PublicAdministrationBusinessAdministrationor another relevantfields;

• Youhavean understanding oftheauditprofession and anauditorganization or you are opengainingthisessentialunderstanding;

• Youpossessstrong analytical skillsand theability tocomprehendcomplexissues;

• You havegood communicationskills both verbal and written and youare able topresent resultsclearly;

• You haveexperience and affinity with conducting qualitative researchsuch as interviews and (focus) groupdiscussions;

• You haveexperience with quantitative research(knowledge ofPowerBI Excel and Alteryx is a plus);

• Youspeak and writeDutch andEnglish fluently;

• Youare able towork effectively both in a team and independently and you arestrong in building connections andmaintainingrelationships;

• You enjoy working together andcontribute to an opensafeand inquisitiveteamculture.
