Within PwC Assurance we are looking for a colleague with an interest in culture andbehavior. You are curious about what motivatespeopleyou like to dive into underlying causes of issues andcantranslate your insights into concrete advice and improvement actions.
Your Role
You will be part of a multidisciplinary team working to strengthen our quality-oriented culture the Continuous Quality Improvement team (CQI). You will support strategic and practical initiatives leadership and collaboration.
This specifically means that you will:
Contributeyourideas about strategies and interventions to strengthen various aspects of culture andbehavior;
Support the design and execution of workshops and dialoguesessions;
Contribute to the creation and implementation of various communicationinitiatives;
Graduallyfacilitateby yourselfpresentations and sessions for teams andleaders;
Help make themes such as collaboration leadership and learning tangible in the auditpractice;
Conduct research into trends and new insights in the field oforganizationalculture andchange;
Actively contribute to the team with your fresh perspective ideas and positive energy.
Who you are
You are curious analytical and a strong communicator. You dare to ask questions take initiative and enjoy inspiring and motivating people.
Additionally yourecognizeyourself in the following:
You have completed psychology business administration philosophy or cultural anthropology or other relevantfields;
Youareinterestedinorganizationalculturebehavior and changeand want to further develop in thisarea;
You are a team player andenjoyscontributing to anopen safe and eager-to-learn teamculture;
You like to thinkstrategicallyand at the same time enjoy working in a practicalmanner;
You enjoypresentingin front of groups andgainenergy fromit;
You are strong inbuilding connectionsandmaintainingrelationships asdemonstratedby experience gained during your studies orwork;
You speak and write Dutch and English fluently.
Relevant work experience is an advantage but not a requirement. We consider yourattitude curiosity and eagerness to learnmostimportant.
